Setup: Action will be setup no higher than 1.5mm on the high and low E at the 12th fret with zero buzz.
Why powder coating?
While raw aluminum offers a natural, lightweight and inherently corrosion-resistant finish, our new Dulux Duralloy powder-coated option elevates performance, durability and aesthetics to meet more demanding playing environments and long term ownership.
Superior Durability and Protection
Dulux Duralloy is a premium thermosetting polyester powder coating that forms a tough, uniform layer far more resistance to chipping, scratching, fading and impact that untreated aluminum. It provides enhanced protection against weathering, UV exposure, and everyday wear from playing, ensuring your guitar maintains it’s condition even after rough stage time and extended playing.

FAQ’s
How are the pickups attached?
We’re using stainless steel hex standoffs with stainless steel mounting tabs. A short M3 stainless steel hex bolt holds down each of the mounting tabs to secure the pickups in place. This system allows for incredibly easy pickup swapping and adjustments compared to conventional direct mount or pickup ring alternatives. If pickup swapping with imperial spec pickups is desired, any other screw size will also be compatible with the mounting system, as well as long length pickup screws as the frame has hole cutouts for this.
How are adjustments made?
The pickup heights and control covers are adjusted/accessed with the included M3 Allen wrench. We use hex instead of Phillips head as these won’t strip as easy, and as we’re using stainless steel fasteners as they won’t corrode over time.
The truss rod is adjusted with the included rod at the heel. The guitars are setup with 10s prior to sending. Tweaks to the truss rod bow may be required depending on the climate and string gauge you’re using.
